Hey Everyone,
Last Sunday I was so impressed by the servants who make Twin Cities happen each week. They were here in force ready to do their part to make sure our family, friends and guests could have an experience that would draw them closer to Jesus Christ. It was amazing to walk in from the parking lot at 6:30am with the wind blowing the rain sideways in my face to be greeted by people who were already here ready to jump into action.
I love our church and the commitment our people have to the mission of leading as many people as possible into a growing relationship with Jesus. Our people give and serve in even the most difficult of circumstances. Some of those who served on Sunday came even though their power was out and their normal route here was closed. I applaud you!
If you missed Sunday, you’ll want to watch the service online. We wrapped up our 40 Days in the Word emphasis and were inspired to integrate all we’ve learned about the Bible in our everyday lives. I had several people say it was the best message in the entire series.
This week we begin our Christmas season as we launch our series called “Let There Be Light.” I’m so energized by this series and look forward to how each of us will see Christmas in a way we’ve never seen it before. We’ll hear stories from the Bible of real people who had their lives changed by the light of Jesus. I look forward to seeing you there.
Last Sunday was the official start of our Year-End giving season. Most of us received a letter in November outlining the possible uses for this annual giving opportunity. I can’t wait to see how God works in our Twin Cities’ family as He leads us to give to Him. Will you give as God guides?
Celebrating Christmas all month,
Pastor Ron
