This Week @ Twin Cities Church - Monthly Food Drive!

Hey Everyone,

We began a new series last Sunday called “Encouragement for Today’s Family.” I am amazed by how many people I talk to who want to discuss issues and pain of family life. It’s a huge deal. Our goal for this series is to give help and hope because getting family right is important. So, whether you’re just thinking about family or if you’ve just begun or maybe you’re well along in the parenting or empty nester years, I believe you’ll find this series to be inspirational as well as informative.

This series will be a great time to invite your friends. We all know someone who struggles at home, and so it’s easy to invite them to come get some practical and relevant help for their circumstances. I will be praying for you this week that God will open up the doors for you to talk to others about the hope you have in Him.

Sunday is our monthly food drive for Interfaith Food Ministry. Please bring a bag of non-perishable food and drop it off at the doors as you come in. We’ll also be receiving our quarterly benevolence offering. This is a great chance to help others make it through a financial rough patch.

June 2 is our annual summer picnic. I hope you’ll begin making plans now to attend. Our theme is BBQ Bash and Baptisms. You can check it out and even purchase a meal online or you can sign up on Sunday. This is a great time to hang with our family. If you’ve never been baptized after you said “Yes” to Jesus Christ, I want to encourage you to take that step now. You can sign up on Sunday. Just be aware that that this is our only outdoor baptism of the year.

Looking forward to seeing you Sunday!

Pastor Ron
