Hey Everyone, 40 Days In The Word is off and running! I am thrilled at the response to this spiritual emphasis. Your continued growth toward maturity in Christ inspires me in ways you may never know. Thanks for allowing us to lead you in the journey to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. In January at our ReThink Leadership event we said this would be a year where we said to Jesus, “Wherever you lead, I’ll go. I will follow You.” Your participation in 40 Days In The Word is putting your words into action.
It’s not too late to get in on the excitement. We still have Community Groups with open chairs available if you want to jump in. It’s never too late. If no group seems to fit you or you are nervous about joining a group, you might want to check out our Campus option. This group meets Wednesday nights in our WMPR at 6:30. You can contact nancy@twincitieschurch.com to sign up. Just a heads up, this Wednesday group will not meet on October 31 because of FFF. You can begin on November 7 if you want and will have only missed one meeting.
Last week we talked about the evidence on the trustworthiness of the Bible. The response was simply phenomenal. If you weren’t here, you can watch it online. If you want someone else to watch it, just forward them the link and then pray they will be receptive to the facts about the reliability of the Bible.
On Sunday, we’ll talk about how the Bible changes or transforms us. It’s going to be a super day to be at church with God’s people.
